Harberton opened the batting and despite a some fantastic bowling managed a very respectable 93 for Modbury to chase. Chase Modbury did but as the light faded, they managed a respectable but short 74 runs. A great game of cricket played in the stunning setting of Harberton. Next up is South Brent away on Sunday!

Modbury kicked off the cricket season with a competitive game against local rivals Ermington! Modbury won the toss and chose to bat.
